This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the BosAI Service and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms. We may update this AUP as described in the Terms. If you see abuse of the Service, report it to info@file.business (Subject: Abuse).
1. Illegal or Harmful Activity
You may not use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, or to plan, facilitate, or conceal unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, unlawful debt-collection practices, deceptive trade practices, or violations of consumer-protection, employment, or financial-services laws applicable to your business.
2. Communications Abuse
You may not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications; to send commercial messages without any consent, notice, or opt-out required by applicable law (including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and CASL); to harass, threaten, or abuse any person; to contact recipients who have opted out; or to misrepresent the sender, subject matter, or origin of a message. Messages the Service sends on your behalf are your messages, and you are responsible for having the right to contact each recipient.
3. Deception and Impersonation
You may not use the Service to impersonate any person or entity; to misrepresent your affiliation; to generate content you present as the work of a specific human when the distinction is material and legally required to be disclosed; or to create or distribute content intended to deceive, including phishing, forged documents, fake reviews, or manipulated media presented as authentic.
4. Content Restrictions
You may not submit, generate, or transmit through the Service content that: infringes or misappropriates intellectual property or privacy rights; is defamatory; constitutes child sexual abuse material or sexualizes minors in any way (zero tolerance; reported to authorities as required by law); incites or threatens violence; or contains malicious code.
5. Security and Integrity of the Service
You may not: probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written authorization; breach or circumvent authentication or security controls; access data or accounts you are not authorized to access; disrupt or degrade the Service (including denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated load); scrape the Service or harvest data from it by automated means outside documented interfaces; or use another customer's credentials.
6. Misuse of AI Features
You may not: use the Service as the sole basis for decisions having legal or similarly significant effects on any person (including credit, employment, housing, insurance, or medical decisions) without meaningful human review; use the Service to provide regulated professional services (legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial advice) to third parties as if the output were professionally rendered advice; attempt to extract, reconstruct, or replicate the models, prompts, or systems underlying the Service; or use the Service to develop a competing product.
7. Account and Commercial Restrictions
You may not: resell, sublicense, rent, or provide the Service to third parties as a service bureau without our written agreement; share Seats among multiple individuals; abuse free plans or trials (including creating serial accounts); or exceed or circumvent plan limits or technical rate limits.
8. Sanctions and Export
You may not use the Service in violation of export-control or sanctions laws, or for the benefit of any person or entity subject to comprehensive sanctions or on a restricted-party list.
9. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we reasonably deem appropriate, including warning you, removing or disabling content, throttling or restricting features, reducing autonomy levels, suspending or terminating accounts under the Terms, and notifying law enforcement. Where practicable and lawful, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to cure before suspension for less serious violations. We are not obligated to monitor, but we reserve the right to do so consistent with our Privacy Policy.
